YOUR NEW ROLE 
 
Working from our Adelaide office, the role will see you:

  • Provide high-quality Speech Pathology services to paediatric and adult NDIS clients with specific eating/drinking and communication needs within a multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct swallowing and communication assessments, develop and implement therapy plans working closely with the multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver evidence-based services within the allocated hours of the client's NDIS plan
  • Educate team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge of speech pathology 
  • Provide care within a variety of service delivery models including home visits, clinic appointments, team conferences, telehealth and community visits.
  • Flexibility to negotiate working from home??
  • Access to supervision from a Senior Speech Pathologist and case discussions with the large and varied multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards to achieve quality client outcomes.
  • Access to in house and paid professional development courses relevant to client caseload

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) with a minimum or 2 years' experience
  • Current driver licence and car
  • Adaptable, professional and a strong communicator
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a large multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Driven, autonomous and passionate about pursuing your life and career goals.
