YOUR NEW ROLE
Working from our Young, NSW office, the role will see you:
- Provide high-quality Speech Pathology services to paediatric and adult NDIS clients with specific eating/drinking and communication needs within a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct swallowing and communication assessments, develop and implement therapy plans working closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Deliver evidence-based services within the allocated hours of the client's NDIS plan
- Educate team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge of speech pathology
- Provide care within a variety of service delivery models including home visits, clinic appointments, team conferences, telehealth and community visits.
- Flexibility to negotiate working from home??
- Access to supervision from a Senior Speech Pathologist and case discussions with the large and varied multidisciplinary team
- Maintain professional and ethical standards to achieve quality client outcomes.
- Access to in house and paid professional development courses relevant to client caseload

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) with a minimum or 2 years' experience
- Current driver licence and car
- Adaptable, professional and a strong communicator
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a large multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills
- Driven, autonomous and passionate about pursuing your life and career goals.
