Libby's tireless advocacy for participants to receive adequate funding for their support needs through NDIS has made a significant impact. One particular case highlights her dedication—she successfully supported a participant in dire need of housing options and support reviews, even in the absence of an Occupational Therapist. Her evidence-based practice and expertise resulted in a successful appeal at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), transforming the participant's life.

As the Victoria NDIS Programs Manager, Libby has played a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning culture within her team.
