Mental Health First Aid Training Program

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year?

Mental illness now affects every Australian either directly or indirectly. That means every one of us is likely to know someone—whether a family member, friend, or colleague—who is experiencing mental health challenges.

But YOU Can Make a Difference!

It’s time to foster mental health literacy and support skills within your organisation and community to catch more Aussies facing these struggles.

Join our Mental Health First Aid® Course and become one of the millions of people who have become Mental Health First Aiders!
