Early Career Pathway

At Altius Group, we have developed tailored pathways designed to unlock the potential of Early Career Allied Health Professionals. These include the Student Placement Program, Psychologist Development Program, and Graduate Academy. With nearly 100 office locations across Australia, we are committed to finding a placement that best meets your needs.

To be considered for any of our Early Career options, applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled in a tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.

• For our Graduate Academy/Psychologist Development Program you must be in your final year of studies. 

• Possess or be willing to obtain necessary background checks, such as a Police Check and a Working with Children Check.

• Hold a driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Please note, the demand for our Early Career opportunities is exceptionally high, and spots are limited. Should you miss out this time, we will retain your application for future openings.
