YOUR NEW ROLE
Working from our Penrith NSW office, this opportunity will see you:
- Activate all relevant resources in a timely manner to achieve restoration of client’s highest level of functional performance and a successful return to work, effectively ensuring a successful outcome for all parties involved,
- The role includes: effective assessment, exercise prescription collaboration, goal setting, plan development, implementation and monitoring capabilities.
- Apply clinical decision making to manage an individual’s recovery from injury or illness in the safest and most timely manner possible.
- Identify and address the critical physical, psychological, social, environmental and organisational risk factors which may have an impact on a client’s ability to successfully return to pre-injury function including work and provide strategies to address these factors in practice.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
- ESSA membership as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Drivers licence and reliable car
- You will thrive in this role if you take pleasure working in a team, love building rapport, enjoy communicating and have a desire to continue learning

The right person will have a pro-active and growth mindset, as they work with clients across various Schemes, such as:
- NDIS- Exercise Programs and Capacity Building Programs
- Health Coaching - Telehealth coaching for our corporate clients
- Workers Compensation- Work capacity and functional capacity programs in gyms and pools and clients homes
- Life Insurance - Functional recovery programs at gyms, pools , parks, beach or anywhere that will assist with returning the member back to full function and independence.
